These terms set out the basis on which you may use the Aroon Capital website and attend our courses. We have kept them as clear as we can.

1. About Us
Aroon Capital operates as a financial education provider in Bangkok, Thailand. Our registered address is 91/15 Ratchadaphisek Road, Din Daeng, Bangkok 10400. References to "we", "us", and "our" in this document refer to Aroon Capital. References to "you" refer to the person using this website or enrolled in one of our courses.
2. Nature of Our Services
Aroon Capital provides financial education only. We are not licensed financial advisers, investment advisers, or wealth managers under Thai law, and nothing we teach, say, or publish should be understood as personalised financial advice.
Our courses are designed to help you build understanding and confidence in general personal finance topics. For decisions relating to specific investments, tax planning, insurance products, or estate matters, we strongly recommend consulting a licensed professional qualified to advise in those areas.
3. Using Our Website
You are welcome to use the Aroon Capital website to learn about our courses, contact us, or read our published content. In doing so, you agree to:
- Use the website only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to interfere with, damage, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the website
- Not reproduce or redistribute our content without written permission
We make reasonable efforts to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot warrant that it will always be free from errors or accessible without interruption.
4. Course Enrolment
Booking and Payment
Course places are confirmed upon receipt of full payment unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Prices are stated in Thai Baht and are inclusive of any materials described in the course listing. Payment methods and banking details will be provided when you contact us to enrol.
Cancellation by You
If you need to cancel a confirmed place, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 to 14 days will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable, though we will do our best to offer you a place on a future cohort at no extra charge, subject to availability.
Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course if participant numbers fall below the minimum needed to run it well, or in circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid, or the option to transfer your place to the next available date.
Transfers
If you are unable to attend after enrolment, you may request a transfer of your place to a future cohort, subject to availability. Please make any such request at least 7 days before the course start date.
5. Conduct During Courses
Our courses are designed to be conversational and welcoming. We ask all participants to treat one another and the facilitators with courtesy and patience. We reserve the right to ask someone to leave a session if their behaviour significantly disrupts others, in which case any applicable refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
6. Intellectual Property
The materials we provide during courses — including workbooks, handouts, and any digital resources — are for your personal use only. They may not be reproduced, shared publicly, or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.
All website content, including text, layout, and design, belongs to Aroon Capital. You may link to our pages, but please do not frame or copy our content without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our courses provide general financial education. We are not responsible for any financial decisions you make as a result of what you learn with us. You remain responsible for your own financial choices, and we encourage you to seek professional advice where appropriate.
To the extent permitted by Thai law, our liability to you arising from any course or use of our website is limited to the amount you paid for that course. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or unforeseen losses.
8. Privacy
We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please read it so you understand how we use the information you share with us.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top. Continued use of the website or attendance at a course after an update means you accept the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from them will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
